Description
Just be Alive is the larger of the two villas and designed for ten people without anyone stepping on each other's toes. We planned and furnished it ourselves — with the things you usually miss on holiday: good beds, a kitchen you can actually cook in, and enough space.
The open living and dining area has floor-to-ceiling windows straight onto the pool. Five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a guest WC on the ground floor. Induction kitchen with oven, 85-inch TV, washer and dryer, air conditioning and heating in every room, underfloor heating in the bathrooms. A private air-conditioned gym sits on the ground floor.
Outside: heated saltwater pool, separate jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, sink and fridge, lounge, table tennis and trampoline. Four parking spaces on the 561 m² plot.
From the terrace and the upper floor you look over the sea, the Bay of Kaštela and Kozjak; in the evening, the lights of Split and Trogir.
Who it suits
For large families or two families together, for buyers with letting in mind — the fit-out is designed for ten guests and full-season occupancy.
