Site management

The site manager is Željko Božić. A native Croatian, he spent nearly thirty years on German construction sites and now lives in Croatia again. That combination is why this project is documented and inspected the German way.

References

The same team built the villas Just Be Happy, Just Be Light and Just Be Alive in the region. All three are finished and run as holiday properties. If you want to see the finishing standard before you buy, you can visit them.

Legal handling

Contracts, due diligence and land registration are handled by Višić & Višić in Split. A sworn translator attends the notary appointment, so you sign what you have actually read.
